The local government's account information for connectivity with the Clearinghouse, Users and Access rights, Year-end Clean-up, Notification Letter settings and more.

The Tools menu:
- Account Information (frequency: seldom, only if requested by the Clearinghouse) - maintains the information needed to connect to the Clearinghouse: User Name, Password, Local Government Name, Agency/Entity Code, Folder and Secure website.
- Account Codes(frequency: as needed) - to add new or update existing participating account codes/departments, and the associated contact information and addresses.
- Database Utilities (frequency: as needed) - change SSN, change Expiration and Compliance Dates, assign an account code/department based on account number, change/fix city names, clean-up $0.00 debts, less than $50.00 debts and expired debts.
- Printer Selection (frequency: as needed) - select an accessible local or network printer
- System Settings(frequency: as needed) - select starting Search cursor position, SSN masking for reports, main contact name and address information,Operating System settings, debt maximum amount, proxy server settings and notification letter settings
- User Setup(frequency: as needed) - set-up users of the software and account code/departmental rights.
